Brass tension knob to replace any tension knob on any Knew Concepts saw. It’ll fit them all, even the ones that were black plastic to start with. Manufactured to be a little “stiff” on the screw, deliberately. So they don’t shift when the tension lever moves. One end is tighter than the other. The end with the ring around the screw hole is the tight end. Start screwing them onto the tension screw with the end with the ring facing away from the screw.
If you have a saw without a lever, the knob will stretch out as you screw it on the first time. The first time will be very stiff. After that, it’ll be fine. Or you could run an 8-32 tap through it once, to open out the ’tight’ section.
